Almost every programme starts and ends with the body: eat this, lift that, repeat. It ignores the operator. So the moment life gets hard, the old patterns win and the results disappear.

My work starts one level deeper. We change the psychology driving your choices first, then build the training and nutrition on top of it. That order is why it lasts.
